- 1 head of cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 2 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 box vegetable broth
- 1-2 cups of water
- 1 tbsp. red pepper flakes
- salt & pepper to taste
