On-the-go Nut Mix



INGREDIENTS:

- 1 cup sliced almonds

- 1 cup chopped dried fruit: tart cherries, blueberries, bananas, or apricots

- 1/2 cup flaxseeds or pumpkin seeds

- 1/3 cup coconut flakes

- 2 tsp ground cinnamon

- 3/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt


Option:

- Add Oats (steel cut or rolled)

- Add spicy, sweet, and/or savory seasonings to shake it up!











INGREDIENTS:

- In mixing bowl combine ingredients

- Divide Mix into your desired (preferably sealed tight) containers.

- Store and/or serve ☼
