Sweet Potato Breakfast Bowl


INGREDIENTS

- 1 banana, mashed

- 1/2-1 sweet potato

- 1/2 cup hot water

Toppings:

- 1 cup of fresh berries













INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat oven 350° F (176° C)

2. Bake sweet potato (in aluminum foil) for about 22-25 minutes, in order to smash it. :)

3. In a mixing bowl smash the sweet potato along with one banana.

3. Then add 2 heaping scoops of Tropeaka Salted Caramel Protein Powder along with 1/2 cup hot (or warm) water. Mix until consistency is at desired texture (adding more or less water for texture).

4. Add toppings for taste. Serve and enjoy! ☼
