INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 can of Pumpkin Puree
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup agave (or maple) syrup
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tbsp. pumpkin spice seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375°
In large bowl mix together flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and pumpkin spice seasoning.
Mix in syrup, vanilla, and pumpkin puree.
In a nonstick muffin tin (or baking cups) pour muffin batter into tin (or cups).
Bake on 375° for 20 minutes. *Pro tip: Use a toothpick or fork to ensure they are fully baked. If toothpick or fork comes out clean, you are good to go!

You can add in chocolate chips, walnuts or coconut flakes for a topping, if you so desire!
