Pumpkin Spice Muffins


INGREDIENTS:

- 2 cups whole wheat flour

- 1 can of Pumpkin Puree

- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 1/4 cup agave (or maple) syrup

- 1/2 tsp. baking powder

- 1/2 tsp. baking soda

- 1 tbsp. pumpkin spice seasoning

- 1/2 tsp. Pink Himalayan Salt

- 1 tsp. vanilla extract












INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°

  2. In large bowl mix together flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and pumpkin spice seasoning.

  3. Mix in syrup, vanilla, and pumpkin puree.

  4. In a nonstick muffin tin (or baking cups) pour muffin batter into tin (or cups).

  5. Bake on 375° for 20 minutes. *Pro tip: Use a toothpick or fork to ensure they are fully baked. If toothpick or fork comes out clean, you are good to go!

  6. Serve. And enjoy! ☼

You can add in chocolate chips, walnuts or coconut flakes for a topping, if you so desire!
