Protein Pancakes (vegan)


INGREDIENTS:

- 11 cup oat flour

- 1 mashed banana

- 1 cup non-dairy milk

(options: almond, macadamia, oat, coconut, soy milk)

- 1 flax egg

(1 tbsp. flax seed / 2 tbsp. water)

- 2 heaping tbsp. Tropeaka Lean Protein Powder


Toppings:

- Coconut flakes

- fresh fruit

- Agave, honey, syrup








INSTRUCTIONS:

- In one mixing container mash banana, then pour in almond milk.

- In a separate bowl mix together flax seed and water, then pour into bowl with other ingredients.

- Turn on griddle or stove to medium-high heat and il cooking pan or griddle with coconut oil (or vegan butter)

- Once all ingredients are mixed together heat pancake mix on griddle or stove.

- Cook pancake mix until it bubbles, then flip after a minute.
